I did not find him much interested in listening to patient’s problems

My mother have diabetes since 13 years ,

She is already taking medicines. She didn’t have any major complains as such , just that since last couple of instances i noticed her HBA1C was showing around 7.6

With great intentions, I thought to consult the doctor so that she can get some improvements timely.

My first visit (for my mother)

When i was talking to him, he was constantly doing something in his phone (this was surprising for me) i guessed like he was attending another patient on phone too. (At that time i just thought it might be happening just by chance)

Paying less attention to what i was saying i had told him my mother’s complete history, her ongoing medicines.

He just prescribed some medicines

And the next month itself we observed , my mother’s HBA1C had reached 9.6

My second visit (for myself)

The same behaviour repeats , again he was busy on phone while attending me.

A patient is paying for your time doctor. You can not attend 2 patients in parrallel

You must listen and understand problems, ongoing medicines, stop experimenting on us.

We had to change the doctor. *** *** ****** **** ******** *** **** ***** ****** ** *** *** ******** ********* *** *** ** ***** **** ****
