My mother (age - 70 years) has been experiencing Breathing Issues for more than 3 years. The moment she would lie on bed to sleep, she would experience nasal blockage problem. Use of Otrivin was the only temporary solution that lasted for few hours.

The doctor is very **** *** friendly but the clinic is inaccessible. It's in the basement with steep stairs so old or disabled patients can't go. Doctor comes up to meet the patient but then someone has to go back to the basement to collect prescription.

It's very difficult for old patients to go by themselves and consult.Reception staff is rude and unapproachable. They don't explain the process properly. I wish the doctor had a more accessible clinic.
