Dynamics Mend Physiotherapy Clinic, Sector 52

I had this weird issue where my jaw would click every time I opened my mouth wide, and sometimes it locked. It was uncomfortable, especially while eating or talking too much. I honestly didn’t know physiotherapy could help with this until I met Dr. Purti. She diagnosed me with TMJ dysfunction and explained how jaw misalignment and muscle tightness could be treated non-surgically. We started with soft tissue release, mobilization of the TMJ joint, jaw exercises, and some postural correction for my neck and shoulders. The clicking reduced gradually, and the jaw felt smoother and more relaxed. The clinic staff was very warm and always ensured I was relaxed before each session. I didn’t think physio could help with something like this—but I was wrong!

After undergoing rotator cuff repair surgery, my surgeon referred me for post-operative physiotherapy. I chose Dynamics Mends Physiotherapy Clinic *** ** *** *** **** ********* Dr. Purti was gentle but firm—she knew exactly how far to push without causing pain. We started with passive range of motion (PROM), then gradually shifted to active-assisted and finally active exercises. She used therabands, light weights, and focused on regaining shoulder strength and flexibility. The staff made the clinic feel like a second home—always checking in, adjusting schedules if needed, and making sure I was progressing. I’ve now regained about 95% of my shoulder movement and strength, which I honestly didn’t expect so soon after surgery.

Being only 27, I never expected to get back pain that made it hard to bend, sit, or even sneeze. MRI showed I had a lumbar disc bulge at L4-L5. I was scared I’d need surgery, but my doctor advised conservative management first—so I came to Dynamics Mends. Dr. Purti worked out a detailed core strengthening plan, included McKenzie exercises, and used traction therapy to relieve the nerve pressure. She also corrected my posture and educated me about lifting techniques and movement awareness. Her approach was calm and systematic. The support staff always kept the room ready, helped set up machines, and never made me feel like “just another case.” I feel strong again and can move freely without fear.

I started getting sharp pain on the outer side of my elbow after lifting weights at the gym. At first, I thought it was just normal soreness, but it kept getting worse. Dr. Purti at Dynamics Mends Physiotherapy told me it was lateral epicondylitis, or tennis elbow, even though I don't play tennis! She explained how repetitive overuse of the forearm extensor muscles can lead to inflammation. We started with ultrasound therapy, deep friction massage, and she taught me some specific eccentric loading exercises for the wrist extensors. She also showed me taping techniques and how to modify my workouts. The clinic staff was super encouraging and always kept the vibe light. I’m now back to the gym, pain-free and smarter about my form.

I fractured my distal radius in a bike accident and had to wear a cast for nearly 6 weeks. When the cast came off, my wrist felt stiff, weak, and painful. I visited Dr. Purti for physiotherapy rehabilitation. She started with gentle passive mobilization, soft tissue release, and wax therapy to loosen things up. Over a few sessions, we progressed to wrist curls, grip strengthening, and functional activities like picking up coins, turning keys, etc. It amazed me how detailed and gradual her plan was. The staff always supported me, made sure my therapy space was clean and set up, and even encouraged me like friends. Today, I’ve regained 90% of my wrist function. I’m super thankful.

Waking up one morning with half my face not moving was terrifying. I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy, and it affected my speech and facial expressions badly. A neurologist recommended physiotherapy, so I came to Dr. Purti at Dynamics Mends. She was so kind and explained everything in simple terms. We started facial muscle retraining, mirror therapy, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) techniques. She also used electrical stimulation in the early stages to activate the weak muscles. The progress was slow but steady. What made a huge difference was how patient and understanding she was during my emotional ups and downs. The clinic team was also super supportive and encouraged me every session. I’ve regained almost full movement now, and I owe a lot to their positivity.

A misstep while playing football left my ankle swollen and painful. I could barely put weight on it. Dr. Purti examined it and explained it was a lateral ankle sprain. We started with RICE therapy (rest, ice, compression, elevation), followed by proprioception training, ankle strengthening, and balance board exercises. She made sure I progressed slowly to avoid re-injury. The staff helped me with band exercises and made sure I was comfortable during every session. Now my ankle feels stable again, and I’m back to light jogging without fear of twisting it again.

I went to this physiotherapy clinic because I had bad back pain. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The physiotherapist listened carefully to my problem and explained what was causing the pain in simple words.

The treatment really helped — after a few sessions, my back pain got much better. They also showed me some easy exercises to do at home, which made a big difference. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the appointments always ran on time.********** * *** * ***** ********** *** would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone with back pain or other body aches.

After my ankle fracture surgery, I was terrified of walking again. Dr. Purti assured me recovery was possible with proper rehabilitation exercises. My program included ankle mobilization, proprioception training on balance boards, and progressive weight-bearing. She monitored every step of progress. The clinic staff supported me like family, even helping me practice safe walking with crutches. Now I can walk confidently, and I’m slowly getting back to jogging. I owe this to their dedication and care.

After recovering from COVID-19, I was extremely weak. I couldn't climb stairs without feeling breathless, and my muscles felt like jelly. My doctor suggested post-COVID pulmonary rehabilitation, and I was honestly surprised to find that physiotherapy could help with that. At Dynamics Mends, Dr. Purti developed a gentle graded exercise program including breathing exercises, aerobic conditioning, and muscle re-education. She paid attention to my vitals and endurance at every stage, never pushing too hard. We did exercises with a pulse oximeter, focused on diaphragmatic breathing, and worked on stamina gradually. The clinic staff helped with sanitization, comfort, and gave me so much encouragement. I finally feel like myself again.
