I booked an appointment on Practo that was confirmed by the clinic. I had a severe spine injury and live alone so travelled all the way to come to this reputed doctor.

Not only was the clinic shut, the doctor was extremely rude when I called him up, distressed and in pain. He told me he bore no responsibility and there’s really nothing he can do.

My recommendation would be to go with someone who is more personally invested and caring. Expertise is one thing; but without professionalism it goes out the window.

Mam you booked the appointment 2 days ago and did no turn up.today you booked the apppointment and did not bother to call the clinic to know if we were open.you call the doctor and start shouting at him showing your class..is this the way you talk to people..your ego gets hurt when the doctor is not available,but it dies not matter when you make him wait and donot turn up.it is your responsibility to call and confirm appointment before coming.moreover we are not servants ,we are care givers so kindly change your thoughts before writing a review.you should feel sorry the way you behaved.

I have visited the doctor twice..last year for knee pain and this year for cervical spondylosis..the reasons for pain were very nicely explained and the exercises recommended were also beneficial. I have relief from knee pain and hope all goes well with cervical pain too.

A lady answered the call and was extremely rude and hung up.

Pain can sometimes increase initially with physiotherapy.should have consulted again.. May be you connected with some one else.we have no female receptionist.

Dr Sharma is a very patient and good doctor. For my mother , who fractured her spine, his diagnosis and treatment was on point which gave a lot of relief to her. For her diagnosis of oestroprosis, he explained the problem patiently and in detail to us and told us how to medically manage it .. I would recommend him for all orthopaedic problems as he understands the issue and pain points and the same can be experienced through his treatment and diagnosis
