I took up the three-months weight loss programme and have gotten really good results. The diet provided by the doctor included diverse and delicious meals. She debunked the myth of dieting for me. I used to think it would require me to eat less, however, I have eaten throughout the day and consumed so many nutrients.

By the end of the third month, this diet inculcated the healthy habits in my lifestyle itself. I am so motivated to maintain the healthy eating habit, as it has shown so many other benefits as well (energy level, healthy skin).

That apart, Dr. Aanchal is extremely approachable and resolves any relevant queries that arise. She also customises the diet as per our food preferances.

Before going to the doctor, I was really confused where to get treatment from and was so much in pain but after meeting the doctor I was so much relaxed that there was no big issue and few days after the treatment I got better and recovered fully.. Aanchal is a very friendly and dedicated diet consultant, she addresses issue with utmost priority and modifies diet plans accordingly. The best part about her is that I haven’t felt hungry even once while on plan and haven’t got bored of eating same stuff.
