My father (age 70Y) visited Dr. Neevita to get a hearing device with tinnitus masking feature. He was diagnosed with Unilateral Peripheral Vestibulopathy ** *** ** *** **** *** ********** ** ****** During his first visit, instead of straightaway providing what is asked for (Hearing Aid), Dr. Neevita conducted a series of tests. Mind that the tests are necessary to know the real cause of suffering. When she doubted over the previous diagnosis, she advised to have a joint consultation with Dr. Ameet Kishore **** **** *** ************

In the joint consultation, they spent around an hour doing tests, examining patient's conditions and asking detailed questions. At the end, it surfaced that his feeling of 'uneasiness' had been misinterpreted as 'chakkar' in the previous diagnosis. We didnt realise the difference and importance of these two words. The previous doctor had considered a vertigo type condition based on patient's statement without self verification and had recommended for vestibular rehabilitation in addition to hearing aid. Dr. Neevita and Dr. Ameet's diagnosis revealed the real problem was not vertigo but it was just tinnitus only. And then they prescribed and provided suitable hearing aid.

I am really glad that we consulted Dr. Neevita on time, else the treatment would had gone into the wrong direction.

Both Dr. Neevita and Dr. Ameet are very experienced, humble, genuine and real professionals. They truly want to help patient. Hard to find such genuine doctors these days. Thank you

My son was born with unilateral microtia with atresia recently. After delivery, he was also admitted due to high jaundice for which he underwent intensive phototherapy. After this, doctor in NICU suggested that we perform a BERA test to check for any hearing loss. After reports came back, we were told that our son has profound hearing loss with no hearing in left microtia ear and very low hearing in right ear.

What followed later was 3 months of anxiety and doubts because we were certain that our son is able to hear well and was responding to sounds; but that one test was telling a completely different thing.

Finally we decided to get a complete hearing assessment done at SpHear under the guidance of Dr. Amit Kishore and Dr.Neevita. Today we have received the reports that our son’s is completely normal with slight conductive loss due to microtia.

We were so relieved finally after such a long time . Fortunately we could connect with the correct doctors and this clinic which had the proper infrastructure and trained audiologists who performed the test correctly (using bone conduction for the left ear).

I hope this review helps some parents like us and I wish they don’t go through the same trauma like us

I have been attending brain Mapping for 4 consecutive years at Sphear clinic in New Delhi now . I wish to thank Dr. Neevita and her team for improving my hearing compared before implant in year 2022.

Consultation with doctor was ok. But the overall professionalism at the clinic was missing big time. Their team was focusing on getting customer and misguided with the charge they said I would have to get on a formal 30-40 min assessment as part of consultation charging 800, but at clinic after paying for consultation they asked me to pay 2000 additional for the assessment. which I had clearly clarified before I went for the consultation.

Eventually I ended up paying for consultation without a concrete plan neither there was a follow up. So a thumbs down.
