I have been working with Ms Shweta for more than a year and I believe I have really taken a step ahead towards getting better in my mental health journey. Not only has Ms Shweta been supportive and generous with her time and effort, she has also been very helpful in generating more self awareness in me. With consistent and continuous effort, she has enabled me to manage my stress, anxiety and confidence levels. I started seeking help because of the drastic changes I was facing in my personal life.
