I booked a 6:00 PM appointment through Practo and even received a confirmation call from the clinic earlier in the day asking whether I would be coming. I confirmed my appointment and, because I was travelling from my office in Gurgaon (around 35 km away), I left work early to ensure I reached on time.Before leaving, I even called the clinic to ask if I could come a little earlier. I was clearly told that my appointment was at 6:00 PM, so I respected that and reached around 5:30 PM, waiting patiently until my scheduled time.At 6:00 PM, I was called in and given local anesthesia. I was then told to wait for about 10 minutes for it to take effect. Having undergone dental procedures before, I found the explanation unusual, but I trusted the doctor and waited.During that time, another patient who had arrived after me was being treated. I chose not to object because I assumed it would only take a few extra minutes. However, after waiting well beyond the time I had been told, not a single person from the clinic came to update me, apologise, or explain the delay. I have undergone braces treatment for my uneven teeth from dr ashish chopra.. my friend who had undergone braces treatment from him had recommended for dr ashish chopra my braces case required extraction ..it was done using self ligating braces. the complete procedure was completed in 1 year 2 months ... all the appointments and procedure went on smoothly as planned...it was painless treatment..with some bearable discomfort. In fact due to my work I had to travel so dr guided me and arranged for my consultation in other cities as well . now my braces are removed ,all my teeth are aligned ,I am very happy for the new smile . Even now for one of my teeth oot canal treatment is going on .i am totally satisfied with the treatment..i will surely recommend dr chopra dental clinic for braces and dental treatment , my few friends also got their treatment done from dr ashish n dr naina .. they have same opinion about drs and clinic.

Dr naina ..n dr ashish have been my dentist for years now...they both are specialist of their fields ...recently I got multiple dental treatment ..2 dental implants in lower jaw ....caps ..bridge and esthetic fillings in front teeth .all treatment was done with great care .precise .planning for my case n ..in a painless manner .I am working female .n come from far place ..but still all my appointments were well informed n coordinated by staff .I am very happy with results ..feel its worth the time n money spent .thank you Dr Chopra dental clinic

My Experience: Had fillings from here at first. I was so impressed with the result and the staffs that I continued with my tooth capping, extraction, etc. from here only.

Doctors and Staffs: Dr. Naina and Dr. Ashish are very kind and cooperative. They both helped me understand what the problems were and personally curated solutions, best for me, were offered to me to choose from. The assistants Rakhi and others too are very friendly, but very respectful at the same time, which finally enhanced the experience of the treatment.

Equipment and Clinic: The equipments are clean and sanitised after each patient’s treatment. They have created a good ambience of the clinic also where soft piano music from ‘River Flows In You’ by Yiruma to ‘Scientist’ by Coldplay are played in background, making the patient calm during the treatment.

Way Forward: Pretty sure my future dentist appointments are also going to be with them only as long as I’m in Delhi.

I was having a 3 teeth bridge adjustment problem which was implanted by a mumbai dental clinic. It was coming out frequently. I finally consulted to Dr. Naina Chopra. She studied the whole case in depth and assured me in a very friendly way that this problem will be solved. Finally, the good grip bridge is implanted and it's adjustments are perfect.
