I have been visiting dr.rashmi menon since my childhood and she has always been the same and very helpful and values the patients time and listens very carefully.

Would recommend her and may god bless her as she as been very communicative all the time.

The cause for ear pain was properly explained and treatment was provided. Suggestions were given how such issue do not occur in the future.

My son Aaradhya (6 yrs old) was suffering from Adenoids due to which he was not able to breathe. We took various allopathy treatments but to no avail. We found Dr. Rashmi Menon on Practo website and thought of visiting her. In the 1st visit itself she made my son very comfortable and explained us the issue in detail. The best part is my son was also always ready to go to the doctor anytime for treatment due to the comfort level provided by the doctor. She initially gave medicines for nearly 2 months to see if the problem can be resolved through medication. But the issue with my son was a bit bigger as his adenoids had enlarged to a very high extent plus due to this there was fluid which was flowing into his ear affecting his hearing ability.

Finally the doctor took a call to get him operated. We agreed with the doctor and went ahead with the operation. My son had got so comfortable with the doctor that, he was okay getting operated, provided the operation was done by Dr. Rashmi Menon. She herself conducted the surgery on my son and she used a new method called cobulation because of which post surgery there would be very minimal pain in the throat. Adenoids were operated, tonsils were removed and also the fluid in the ear was removed. The operation was successful and today we are so happy to see our son do all the regular activities which he wasn't able to do earlier. His breathing is now perfect like normal people.

We are so thankful to Dr. Rashmi Menon for all the guidance, bearing with our questions and making the surgery a success.

Such a SWEET Doctor..

Its been almost a year i am strugling with my wax. Met few doctors and they always suggested some drops and No satisfactory results..

I am thankful to Doctor Rashmi..

She did all cleaning, ya it was lil painful but Awesome,

Now my Ear is AllClear.. feeling so relexed no pain.

Very nice. I recommend doctor for ENT. Friendly nature, very good experience in ENT. Waiting time is also not too much.

Rude front staff. Took prior appointment for 815 pm from the receptionist, it was an emergency, waited for 45 minutes. Arrogant front office management. Dr. Rashmi Menon may be losing patients like me unknowingly.

The experience was good. I was having pain in my left Ear from 3 days which i ignored. But gradually the pain started increasing. Simultaneously I started feeling pain in my teeth and head. I went to doctor she diagonised me very properly. As told me the reasons why it might have happened and also how to avoid getting the same in future. It was some kind of Infection due to dry skin n dandruff. The medication was helpful. She gives proper attention and friendly to talk n express our concerns. I give her a thumbs up.
