Hoped for better: Doctor friendliness
Very bad experience - do not recommend others to avail the service.The doctor had asked me to take blood test reports and show it to him. I went to show him a day early than I had told him I would visit as I was leaving out of town. He being unavailable, I asked the staff to share his email id, so that i can share the report as well as problems I was facing. The staff was extremely rude and said in my face that they cannot share his email id.If doctors nowadays cannot maintain a professional email id or number, how would a patient in need would contact him/her.I wanted to continue the treatment but such extreme rude behavior by his staff just had a big negative impression about him. This doctor may just ignore this review as any other review but such negative word of mouth would someday ripple down to question his reputation.
