The size or the number of the fibroids to be removed depends on multiple patient factors. 3D laparoscopy has many advantages that make the surgery easy. We have also refined the technique for fibroid removal which significantly reduces the blood loss in the myomectomy and makes fibroid removal almost a bloodless surgery and very convenient.
