I have seen a 6 kg effortless weight loss in 45 days, eating almost the same but the right things at the right time. Better energy levels, reduced bloating and many other benefits. Would highly recommend giving it a shot, for me this never happened. A better diet is much more effective than the most strenuous workout, and sustainable atleast for me.
