So my gynecologist suggested Urvi's name and on very next day I visited her with my reports. On very first meeting I felt very comfortable with her. She gave me diet plans and what to eat and what not to be taken.
I started....that time I was not able to walk properly even. My legs were so much swelling and paining. But I determined to do it with my 100%. Every week new experience, new diet plan with different foods and receipies given....,I was enjoying it very much. In starting it was very difficult for me to change my habits but I was very disciplined and honest with my plans. This has changed my habits and increased my capacity for walking without any pain. My all pains gone and weight started reducing slowly. I am 68 years single lady ,handling everything myself, so I got back my lost healthy life. She was giving me very good advice about healthy eating habits and quartly checking my TSH, uric acid, sugar levels....stared coming in normal. I was so much happy with my moods also changed now in dressing.
I learnt a lot from her advice, full lifestyle changed, eating habits changed. I haven't eaten any unhealthy food during last year...and was having sound sleep of 7 hrs.
Really very much thankful to Urvi, for giving me so much support and anytime I ask anything on her WhatsApp, she replies me immediately. During pandemic she did video calling and consulting so that I don't suffer any problem. Very friendly always, ever smiling and pushing me for good.
My more than 1 year experience superb. 👍😊 my health reports all became normal and I am going to follow her now monthly ...to keep on my track...

I am being an HT/High Blood pressure patient for last two years, now I am almost near to reduce/ stop my medicines. You make me very much easy to follow daily routines & diets and allowed me to eat what I like most with specific portions. Many sessions were eye opener for me, since I got exposed to many grains though sometimes, we know it’s good but how they help our body only experts knows and off late I understood how much I have harmed my body with needless food & followed wicked lifestyle.
In this memorable journey, I got stuck twice when weight was constant but again you did wonders for me. The timely change in (diet) approach based on body response worked out well. In view of my nature on job wherein I frequently keep flying and your plans made me so easy to follow my routine maintain good health even if I am out of reach from home cooked food for many days.

So, we decided to meet Ms. Urvi Vakharia, @Mulund in the month of January, 2022.
We have shown his clinical reports to her. After going through the reports, she assured us that with the help of diet changes and weight loss, he can easily reverse his diabetes.
Her diet plans were hassle free without advising any medication. She is very friendly. She is an experienced Dietician, having a clear diet plan depending on the client’s profile.
We could easily follow her recipes and the diet plan was quite easy to follow though my husband is a practising Lawyer with a very tight schedule.
We can’t believe, just within a month, he reduced 2.5 kgs. He has continued her diet plan for three months. To our surprise, his sugar level was completely normal and cholesterol levels also came down without any medications.
It's only because of Ms. Urvi's simple diet plan and instructions, he could achieve this. In just 5 months, he reduced almost 10 kgs and everything is now under control.
Ms. Urvi's diet plan is truly commendable and we will always be grateful to her.

She is a good listener and incorporates feedback in meal plans and recommendations for physical activities. Week over week we would meet to review our progress, seek guidance and discuss plan for following week. She would design meal plans which would easily fit into our busy work schedules, in fact it encouraged us to stay on track. No fancy meals! Simple & Convenient!
