I had taken online consultancy through Practo. I had very poor experience. She discussed the issue in In less than couple of minutes* *** ********* *** ****** She did not give explaination of the medicines. And when I tried contacting her again - no response. *** *** **** ****** **** * ***** ** **** ******** ******** *** ****** **** *** **** ******* ********* ** *** **** *******. Very painful experience - strongly recommend against Practo online consultancy and this doctor.

I am really sorry for your bad experience but you should have given the history of trauma. How can a doctor assume by seeing a red eye and without examining that it is trauma and everything was written clearly in the prescription and i have answered all your questions also i dont understand how this experience got painful for you
