I booked an appointment with Dr kanodia on 20th if April at 3:30 pm for which I got a confirmation on my mobile,Practo app and my mail id as well.
Before going to the clinic I called the doctor and the clinic both but there was no response.
When I turned up for the appointment at the clinic the lady at the reception said the Dr Kanodia is not in the clinic.
I would say this is highly unprofessional of both he doctor and the staff given the fact the patients like me who come from 25 kms away need to be informed well in advance about such mishaps.
Not recommended at all!
