Dear Sir/Madam, You booked an appointment by the name "Patient" with us on 07 August 2026 for 7:00- 7:30 pm as per Practo records and were marked a "NO SHOW" by us since you didnt visit the clinic at all for your appointment. As per your phone number (+91 *****88999) via which you booked your Practo appointment, we are also aware of the identity associated with the contact details used to make this booking, despite the appointment being booked under a different name. Unfortunately, Practo currently does not provide an option for us to attach photographic evidence in a public response; otherwise, we would have attached the appointment record showing the “NO SHOW” status. We have already taken up this matter with Practo and submitted a formal complaint requesting that they review the appointment records and the review posted Thankyou.
