Dr Mitra is very friendly and approachable and this makes him different from other doctors. My mother Subhra Paul was admitted under him after getting detected with covid 19 in end of Jan 2021 and as meeting by mother was not permissible he was always in touch with us and instantly responded to all our concerns. Thanks Sir for your great support. His care helped my mother to recover soon and return home after 7 days.

My father was admitted under Dr Suman Mitra at CMRI in severe distress from Covid-19 and was put on ventilator for 5 days. Those five days were a nightmare for our family as he was non-responsive to the treatment. With continuous support and timely communication from Dr Mitra, things were under control and he made sure that we were properly informed and were in calm state. Even after discharge he was always available to resolve our queries and medical guidance. His ability to console and comfort the patient and their family is unique which is rarely seen in the current medical fraternity.
