Hi Thanks to Dietitian Banerjee. I got my perfect DIET CHART for my work out plan, I am convinced about diet. I am gaining my health,building my muscles since few months (3 months). I am still under supervision of Dieitian Banerjee. I am getting real result which is the best advice much better than other instructors at GYM.Although I have some other complications but still over all it is wonderful result so far.I recommend this Dieitian even for those want to Body Build,muscle gaining.Okay bye. I had a visit three months back to Dietitian Dr.Swapan . At present I am normal weight & my BMI is 21. I am under his supervision,I am a student so only doing GYM, I am going to make ABS.. I got 2800 calories /day high protein based diet also suggestions of work out, free hand,. I am fit no problems.I don't take supplements as per his advice.I am just giving a public awareness because fitness trainers are not always perfect. He is very effective technically.
