1) Friendly to talk to doctor and about help in locating the clinic

2) No idea about actual number of sharp edge teeth ground - paid for 6 though

3) Prescription too short and did not contain registration number

4) Had booked earlier for cashless under Bajaj General Insurance - but it failed

5) Fees charged appeared too much for me - was not prepared

I had a good experience with Dr. Pritam Ray. The treatment was timely and effective, and I got an appointment quickly. The clinic environment and staff were good, and the wait time was acceptable. I felt the consultation was worth the fee, and overall, I am satisfied with my visit.

Waiting time was not much, chamber is comfortable and doctor explains all queries. Charges I feel is as per market rates.
