I went to Poulomi di 4 months back with severe anxiety, overthinking, low self esteem and had depression too. Also was struggling with self love, not able to sleep, always had a fear that something bad will happen to me, was struggling to express my own thoughts and emotions.
In the very first meeting I started calling her Poulomi di from mam. She made me so comfortable that I shared everything with her. She listened without judgment & gave such a positive vibes.
In next session she gave a proper therapy plan and we went ahead with it.
I follwed all her instructions and did all the tasks she has given to me.
After only few sessions I and my close ones can see the difference in me.
My sessions was not over yet but me and my life has changed so much after visiting her. I can feel the positive changes in me.
Previously I am just spending my days but now I have started living my life and all credit goes to her.
She has a pure soul and her behaviour feels like family. If you are facing any mental issues and want a friend/sister with whom you can share everything without the frear of judgement then go to her. If you follow all her instructions believe me she has the power to change lifes.
I am and will always be greatful to her for giving me a new life.
Thank you Poulomi di.

I was at a point in life where I had almost given up there was no hope, no strength left to fight, and I saw no way out except ending my life. OCD had completely taken over my mind and I had accepted that I would never get back the life I had before this illness. "Why me?" was the only question I asked every day.
Then I met Psychologist Poulami Bhattacharya aka Poulami didi, and that meeting truly revived my life.
Her treatment, her structured sessions, ERP, and mindfulness-based meditation practices slowly started rebuilding my brain and my inner strength. She did not just treat me she taught me how to face, understand and disarm my OCD thoughts, instead of running from them. She gave me the tools to survive first - and then to live again.
Because of her, I am no longer the broken, defeated person I was. Today I sleep peacefully. I have started loving myself again. I feel stronger and more confident than the person I used to be even before OCD. What once felt like the end of my life has now become the reason for my growth and this transformation is only possible because of her expertise, patience and dedicated care.
If you are struggling with OCD or any psychological burden and feel like there is no way out, I strongly recommend Poulami didi . She did not just save my mental health - she saved my life.

*** ** ** ********* ************* ******* I've been under Poulomi mam's guidance for over two months, and I'm incredibly grateful. I initially sought therapy for several issues, and during the process, I uncovered many unrealized challenges. Poulomi mam began my therapy journey with her exceptional CBT skills (she is a master of CBT), which initially left me skeptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it was from day one. I now have greater clarity and am feeling significantly better, but I'm committed to continuing my therapy to further improve myself.
One valuable lesson I've learned is that everyone should consider therapy at least once to better understand themselves. Poulomi mam made me feel so comfortable that I could truly open up to myself; she felt like family. Her kindness and unwavering faith in her clients were incredibly motivating on my healing journey. I'd like to emphasize that placing your trust in her and diligently following her exercises will seriously yield remarkable results. She never judged me; I could freely express myself.
During my visits to her clinic, I spoke with other parents who brought their children for therapy, and they all expressed their satisfaction with the outcomes. Poulomi mam's fees are also reasonable considering the level of personal growth and healing you'll experience. I'm immensely thankful to you, Poulomi mam. May God bless you abundantly. 🙏

So I went to see Didi in May 2025. I was in a very bad position with my OCD, and I couldn't stop myself from doing compulsions. I was doing compulsions like****it's laughable .
I searched and found her online and went to meet her the next day, i will not lie i was very embarrassed to go to therapy, but i am glad i did it******** like I can't even tell you how much extreme unusual things (cumpulsions) I have been doing then, after meeting her, it felt nice, I felt lighter — like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
She’s such a kind and sweet person, and her therapy has made a big difference in my life, for the better.
She tells me what to do****I know that I have to stop doing the compulsions, but "how" to do that***that is the main thing ******(I think you know that too)*****and she guides me on "how" to stop doing the compulsions when the thoughts (or words, images) come.
Things to do at the moment when the thought came****I will not lie, it's a little tough when doing it first, then little by little, I am not doing the compulsions at all.
I am now like more than 75% better****
I am now happier from inside***you know****
She really helps me****I am really glad I went to meet her******Man, I really remember that evening when I first called her and the next day I met her*************
Anyway, if you too have ocd and anxiety disorder, then *****please please take help*****I tell you it's worth it******it may be embarrassing at first ***but I tell you it's more than worth i*********and once you are better you will be glad you did it******
Take care.
