Words fall short for the gratitude I feel towards Dr. Nafeesa. I have tried all sorts of crash diet and visited the gym as well but nothing worked. I have seen my friends going to dieticians who prescribed them expensive supplements which did not help at all. I finally searched Practo and seeing all the positive reviews for First Eat Right thought of giving it a try.

Doctor provided me a diet chart which is according my food habits. Through out the entire weight loss program I always felt that I am eating much more than I normally use to. I never felt hungry or tired. Also, the craving for eating junk food was gone.
