I had taken the appointment for 5.11.2023 at 6.01 p.m for my husband as he got something similar like ringworm on his body so it was very urgent for me to show it to a doctor. Doctor vivekanandan experience on internet showed me above 40 years. So I had taken his appointment without giving a second thought. So on the day of the appointment, at afternoon I got the doctor’s call asking me to visits in clinic at Park Circus and not the one which I had booked. I had agreed to visit that clinic as it was urgent for me to show my husband. After that I started getting calls continuously since 3 in the afternoon regarding the visit of my timings. First they asked me to come at 5 to which I said I had booked the timing for 6.01 p.m because it was convenient for me. Then at 5 p.m the doctor directly called and asked me not to come because he will leave at 6 p.m. so I want to ask practo and also the doctor and clinic representation that if they aren’t available then why don’t they update in practo the same. Dr.is very calm and listens carefully ...suggest what is needed and tells some necessory suggestions....i m confident that i will be treated positively by him....

Very rude. Please don’t visit you will lose your time. Rest upto you. I asked for the location, they said even a blind person can find it.

I traveled 100km to Kolkata to consult him. I got disappointment as a treatment.

The doctor did not reply to my messages on practo instead he kept telling me to contact him personally. when I requested a video call, he said that he is trying to join but can't do so. I guess this doctor is not interested. I booked the next doctor and seamlessly got my consultation completed.
