i took consultation from practo. she is never available after your first consultation. it creates problem. I talked to customer care also. But no benefit. Dr. Aditi Deb was really very helpful & kind to listen to my mother's problem & then after she had given her advise. Presently my mother is under her treatment & would report her after 2 weeks. Thank You.

I have visited Dr Deb with my son on account of pain in the ears. She called us to this particular clinic because she said she had the facilities of ear wash and suction. But the way she handled my son was very traumatic and painful. The same was done in a very professional way by another doctor of great repute.

Dr. Aditi listened to my issue patiently and gave the **** medication and suggestions. I highly recommended her.

1. Doctor need to explain what was the result of examination of ear themselves, there should be a ear 3rd or poster anatomy to explain what was observed.

2. Doctor should talk after observation not just write medicine.

3. Explain the health issues and what will be further action plan.

4. Doctor should understand just keeping quit and not giving basic information to patient is not at all a good practice.

I was charged INR 600, not 500. I was there 11th September 2021 10 am

I had severe bacterial infection leading to voice loss, tonsillitis, cold and fever.

Doctor listened to symptoms and very confidently prescribed medicines *** ** ******* *** ***** ****** *****

She also prescribed a blood test for future help.
