She was bleeding profusely from the ear in the Emergency of Ohio Hospital New Town. Sir had performed the Surgery and reconstructed the broken ear through Plastic Surgery . It was of immense help to us in the times of need and crisis. Such an efficient Healthcare professional is rare in today's world. Sir had saved us from a million anxious moments from across all her friends and families across the globe and even within and outside the city. We are extremely thankful and grateful to him for his timely surgery to save lives and prevent further blood loss from the body as an aftermath of the dangerous road accident.

**** *** *** ***** ************ first of all he was not aware that my uncle have ayushman Bharat card then he shows us that situation is very critical, he had given lots of test that cost around 22k *** ** **** *** ***** **** *** ******** *** ** ********* *** after doing all test report become normal and patient body is ready for operation but once he aware that we have that card, then he recommend that continue medicine for 6 months and again do all test and come. I asked him that Sir he was taking that medicine from last 4 years *** ** *********** ** ****** **** **** **** ****** ** * ******* And again after 6 months we need to spend lots of money for test , then you wish to operate patient after 6 months then why not today. He saying me that report is too good we have not do anything and in prescription he prescribed biopsy. Never experienced such a Dr ever in my life.

Last day i book an appointment at 5 pm, but i received a call from hospital that the doctor will come at 6 pm. Again I received a call from hospital that the doctor will come at 6.45pm. Then I reached around 7.15, but doctor are not available. Also I am not getting any call from hospital that the doctor will available for short time only. My wife and son (9yrs) are facing some emergency problem, but i could not get the doctor treatment. My experience was very bad. Hopefully this is not happens to other people. Thanks

It was a disappointed experience with Dr. Ganguly. He was soo in hurry in seeing me. I reached hindustan hospital at 6:45 pm and person told me doctor will come at 7pm. I waited for more than an hour.. He came at 8:15 pm. Very unprofessional. ** ****** ******* ** ** ******* ** ****** I will not recommend him
