He is extremely friendly and explains every detail regarding the pre-operation, operation, and post-operation procedure. He is a down-to-earth personality. The way he interacts with the patient makes the patient feel connected to him. My mother was very nervous about the operation, and he made her felt comfortable. While interacting with him one can feel the experience and expertise he carries in the field of knee replacement. The operation was done at Fortis Hospital by him. It was a successful operation, and all the post-op reports were perfect. My mother is recovering very well. Not only Dr. Partani is expert in the field, his team is also brilliant. My father has fainted a couple of times, in the period of 2 years. He visited the doctor the first time, suggested having 2 tests. While one of the tests was of 24 hours monitoring and was not available in our city and nearby cities. We planned to have it in Jaipur (200 KM far from our home) in a week, however, as my brother met with an accident, we couldn't go for the test as planned. And it took us 17 days (in total since we first met the doctor) to get the test done. The report came after 2 days, we visited the hospital again to get the doctor's view.

But unfortunately, she was ignorant of the fact that we missed revisiting within 7 days due to another medical emergency and denied seeing the reports, and asked us to come the next day (we mentioned another fact that it is 200 KM far from our home). She was rigid to the situation and said this is a follow-up and you need to repay, get billed, and then only I can see the patient, only on next day. if the doctor is so much protocol-oriented then why do the people with an appointment has to wait for 3 hours. Doctors must also be considerate of the situation their patients may be facing. I hope patients who will see her, get treated empathetically.

He is way too much rude & arrogant. I would never recommend this doctor . He doesn't take care of parents admitted under his observation in ICU. My father was admitted under his observation, he did not tell us about the patient's condition and from what he was suffering through or what was the cause. When i went for asking the same and for consultation of a report of my father, first he made us wait for 4 long hours while he was just scrolling his phone. Finally when we went inside and trying to ask about father's condition. ** ********** **** *** I was already too much frustated and his behaviour just made me sick. My father's health was getting deteriorated day by day under his observation. I was so bothered. After getting so frustate with this doctor I had to shift my father from Fortis.

I have never met such a doctor in my entire life.

We contacted Dr. Arun Partani through a relative & our doctor friend Dr Ajay S Chauhan of Pilani for my Mother's (72 years) Left Knee Septic Arthritis. She was not able to walk. She was operated a month back but was not having any relief of the same. So we have decided to move to jaipur to see Dr Arun Partani as suggested. He & his team examined & explained about the procedure for the operation and all other key points. My Mother was successfully operated at Fortis hospital on 12h June and now she is recovering. She is able to walk with the help of walker/walking stick. His observations, prescribed medications including antibiotics, exercises etc are great and very effective.

I understand Dr Hemant is a very reputed doctor and that is the reason patients prefer visiting him. However, as a doctor he needs to be considerate about his patients. There is no set time when he would start seeing his patients. We kept sitting for hours despite of pain my mom was having. So the story starts on 28th november, I was diagnosed with multiple fracture in my ulna. So I came to fortis hospital and the staff over here is so polite and humble. Specially the team of Arun Sir is brilliant. My operation was so complicated that even words are not there to express. After the long tiring operation, fortis hospital took good care of me. The rooms over here are so clean and good which helps me in fast recovery of my mental state. After the physiotherapy team of Anoop sir coordinate with me and aim for my faster recovery. I would like to thank all the team members of Arun sir, Sibu sir for there guidance and Dr Divya. Now I am complete good and had such a good recovery with their efforts.

However, hospital management is very poor. I did appointment for today for 2 pm on practo yesterday and got call yesterday itself from the hospital that I can visit in the morning 9:30 itself. When I reached the hospital at 9:30 they told that there is no appointment and when showed them practo msg than they asked me to come again at 2 pm.

I could have utilise my time somewhere else..

Also, fees shown on practo is 700, however 1100 rs was charged from me at the hospital.

Had wonderful Experience with Dr Anoop Jhurani Sir and his medical team during admission @Fortis , Jaipur. Though he is too busy.

We came from Kota , Rajasthan and had both knee replacement surgery for my mother, after discharge , had tried to reach Doctor later for consultation since my mother is having a pain and stress on both knee . Since can't travel to Jaipur due to covid , requested 3 times to schedule a appointment with DR. Anoop Jhurani. Dr Jhurani only asked us to make a call if any issue and report to him.

But Manager Sawar & her colleague not scheduling the appointment for 5 min on what's app video call. Just to check or guide or motivate my mother. After 3 days of follow up with them , now asking to pay Rs 1000 for online consultation. We didn't made any call after discharge from the hospital (25th Nov) , surgery date was on 20th Nov. Today is 51th Day after surgery.

We are sure Dr Anoop Jhurani didn't ask for the money. After surgery, no Doctor ask consultation once Patient recovered from Surgery. We are surprised , big doctor leave the patient like this ? and no follow up they do and do not care about the patient even try to reach them.

Overall , didn't had a good experience post surgery support . Time will tell now how surgery went , if Doctor not available later who will be responsible.

Dr Neeraj advised me about my ailment in very cordial and friendly manner. He did not ask me for unnecessary diagnosis and medicines which reflect a honest professional approach of a good Doctor. I wish all the very best to Dr Neeraj for all his good deeds of serving people.
