Doc was very clear in his communication on the issue my father faced.. we were struggling with usage of hearing aid devices.. which doc performed a detailed audiometry testing and explained why he was facing the issue.. resolved it with proper programming .. very happy with doc ability to explain things in simple manner.

Met the doctor for hearing difficulty problem for an aged person, as she is unable to climb stairs; he offered to see her at another clinic which has an elevator.
As it is difficult for her to get adjusted to the piece of equipment, he even giving her a demo piece to assess suitability and adaptability
