I had a very good experience with Dr Shivani Kohli From the moment I arrived Madam made me feel very comfortable. Dr was not only knowledgeable and professional but also very friendly .She took the time to listen to all my problems, explained the treatment options for anxiety thoroughly ,She answered every question . I genuinely feel my anxiety level has went down.

But, Dr Shivani has this trusting aura around her that makes you open up. The first thing she told me was that my privacy would be maintained no matter what. I went to her seeking help for Panic attacks. She’s given me a couple of techniques and started to uncover why they were happening. I really appreciate that she didn’t try to solve the issue on the surface level but made sure to connect the dots to the root of what’s causing my attacks. She’s very sweet and friendly. She’s got exceptional knowledge of her field. She’s very unbiased, she also explains and reinforces things very well. I’m so beyond happy I went to her. I appreciate that every session she goes through the list of first given primary complaints and gets me to rate them so she knows whether we’re making progress or not. Highly recommend people go to her for any mental health related issues. Thank you Dr Shiwani!

I've been in therapy for about 2 months now. I had anxiety and high-stress levels. I would have panic attacks during exams. Ms. Shiwani Kohli gave me easy exercises to do, which helped me have more control over myself. Thanks to her I wrote my board exams well. I'll highly recommend her .it'll take time but it is worth it
