It was my first time with a therapist. She made me feel comfortable and is a patient listener. She helped me to understand my concern from a different and realistic perspective. It helped me to rebuild my confidence and now Am dealing with people and situations more effectively.

The counselor was warm and welcoming.she listened to me patiently.Actually when I went there I had lots of confusions in my mind. I had no hope in certain aspects in my life .But After the session I became confident, hopeful and now I am better in decision making. The way she understood my situation and made me develop a new perspective is wonderful.

Ms Shaila is an outstanding counsellor. Her friendly and kind aura enabled me to open up to her . Would live to comeback for another session !
