A week ago Went for my right ankle sprain. Had pain since a few months. Heard from my friend that she was a gold medalist. Usually due to my previous experience physio what I felt was ultrasonic massage or electric heat pad. But different to my expectations she did a new therapy what was called manual therapy which was entirely different and the results i was able to see within a few days..80 percent of my 4 months pain gone in a week..
