Ms. Raisa Luther holds an MA degree in Psychology and MSc degree in Mental Health from King’s College, London. She holds the credential of International Certified Addiction Professional (ICAP I) awarded by the International Centre for Credentialing and Education of Addiction Professionals (ICCE) under the Colombo Plan.
