I had primarily been struggling with social anxiety for around 8–9 years (I'm currently 25), along with high blood pressure and insomnia since 2023. I had my first visit to a psychiatrist around May 2024, and I met Karthik sir around September 2025.

To my belief this type of accuracy in decoding comes only from numerous experiences. Even when I failed multiple times to handle/ balance myself , He helped me transform & come out of my complexities very patiently. I consider myself blessed to have met him, with being grateful for his service, he is in my prayer everyday.
