Dr. Herojit Singh (Physiotherapist)

I have been suffering from shoulder pain since 6 months. Dr Herojit Singh did assessment and diagnosed it . He confirmed that my problem is grade 3 frozen shoulder. He suggested me the most advance therapy including physiotherapy and naturopathy treatment. They gave me electro Acupuncture, soft tissue release, shoulder manipulation, mobilization, stretching, Shoulder chiropractic adjustment, IFT therapy, IASTM, cupping therapy, thera band exercises.... Initially my pain was increased due to stretching but My shoulder became free movement. I am coming here for everyday sessions for 30 days then weekly two times after that . Today is my 35 session, and I am able to sleep in my shoulder and doing all daily activities at home and office. I am sharing my experience since it may help some one who is suffering like I do and looking for a right physio Therapy clinic. I have been suffering from sciatica (Pain in lower back to down through the leg). I have taken many medicines and there is no much relief. Doctor Singh has clear idea of the problem, has hands on experience on Physio therapy. Very active and energetic personality. He first explains the problem and treatment methods. Mine is a chronical problem which i have for quite some time and i know will take some time to get cured. Hence have taken 10 days package initially and upon satisfaction of the treatment continuing for 10 more days. I feel much better now. Doing all the suggested exercises regularly. Doctor Singh tries various technics and suggested some relaxation technics to practice when pain increases.

He is very friendly in nature and at the same time very dedicated to his work. I would also to mention Dr. Thejaswini an young and upcoming Physio therapist with a high attitude of service.

I had pain at my lower back tail bone since 6 months, I have seen feedback on practo who was treated for tail bone pain and subsided totally .After seing his positive eedback with happiness, I was started treatment at dr.Singh' physio clinic since a week .Today 90 % of my pain had gone and I can sit on my chair for long without pain . I have back pain at my last tail bone of spine while sitting since a week .Dr.Singh said me that it is sprain at near coccy bone (tail bone ) and not to worry.I was treated by ultrasound therapy and Muscle stimulation therapy ,then isometric buttuck exercise.. Today the sprain has subsided and my butuck mucsle and back muscles has strengthened after exercise .I can sit without cusion for long hrs .I don't have pain at my tail bone . I had so severe pain @my back radiates to my left leg I couldn't able to move sideways also in lying r walking position doc suggested for physiotherapy & taking from 10 days I feel so I much better NW I got so much change NW am moving r walking freely then before Dr.gave good stretchings & taught physical exercises.I got so much confidence now every1 suggested for surgery bt NW I feel it's unnecessary.Thank u so much for all physitherapist for u r services.I am very much Thankful to u Dr.Singh u r well experienced &knowledge .
