Had back pain since 2 year,I am a retired railway officer, every day does yoga strength training,last few weeks I'm unable to get up,severe back pain,and barely able to walk 30 steps,

Was talking medicine but no results

I had shoulder problem ,radiating pain towards hand since 3 years,I was unable to lift anything or hold anything, consulted many orthopedics all told to do surgery,I took kerala ayurvedic for 2 weeks,but all got vain as even my shoulder mid muscle swelling and rigidity also not received, pain was same and troubling,

Ankle got twisted while playing cricket, tendon got pulled up, strain, was very painful while walking , it got healed and now the pain is zero.after few sessions of guided physio sessions

Had it band syndrome and sciatica pain other leg.unable to walk or sit long time.after taking treatment in alignyx physiotherapy sciatica pain complete gone. And it band pain much better than before 10 percent only there while bending.very good treatment.

I has issues with my knee - mainly it was Pt IT band + B/L Quads. Strain - patelan tendinites.

Dr Bikash helped me with pain relief, during last sessions I do feel changes in overall leg and major part of knee pain also reduced.

Dr is also flexible with timing and help you with any questions.

Patellar tendinosis and knee pain was there.

,then my 7 days physiotherapy started with various exercises, team was also supportive along with doctor They gave proper attention to patient, and kept on guiding. My pain when I came was 6/10, now after 7 days of physiotherapy I am having minimal pain. Overall experience is good
