At the age of 22, I was a rather confused and overwhelmed person. A lof of life happens to us before we even realize it and we are shaped by it in countless ways before we even begin to become aware of ourselves fully. My therapy sessions with Ankita Jain have helped me become more aware of myself ; They have helped me understand and introspect and be aware of my own thoughts, my own biases and how in many ways I was holding myself back because of what my environment and experiences had thought me of my worth and what I deserve.
Ankita changed my perspective massively on my own self beliefs by gradually walking me through the realization process, all-while knowing and understanding me as a person. Ankita is very professional, available during emergencies and is transparent with her work which helps build trust. Ankita helped me look at my past as a set of lessons and experiences rather than a burden or limiting factor towards my future, which helped me to motivate myself to work towards a future that I always dreamed of.
I am glad to have worked on my life with Ankita and I am not sure I would be the same person I am today if it were not for the discoveries about myself Ankita held my hand through. Avoid for Marriage Counseling – Lacks Empathy & Expertise
My husband and I attended 6-7 sessions with Ankita, hoping to salvage our marriage. Unfortunately, her approach was deeply disappointing *** *************** Despite her claims of experience, she demonstrated zero empathy for our struggles, dismissed our concerns as "complaining," and blamed us for the lack of progress instead of reflecting on her ineffective methods.
Key issues:
No structured guidance: Sessions felt directionless, with no actionable steps or clarity.

She is gentle with her approach and is very patient with explaining the concepts and behaviour. In just a few sessions with her, she made me realise my trigger points and me regulate my emotions. Sessions with her would make you emotional but it would give you that emotional release to heal your wounds and would help you know yourself deeper and better.
I have been seeing Ankita for about 6 months after a long-term relationship breakup. She has helped me get past a lot of my limiting beliefs and unhealthy behavioral patterns and helped me start my life anew with a solid foundation. Both my executive functioning skills and interpersonal skills have improved. I can see all areas of my life improving and I feel more confident and hopeful.
