I was confused what therapy was, how it is going to be, or am I doing the right thing reaching out to a new person in life. But I was totally relieved when few minutes with Sumbul went past through.

This review is for someone who are confused between two worlds of whether to reach out to a person or should deal with themselves. I would say it helped me in many different ways reaching out to her, because it gave me a different perspective of the situation I was in and totally gave me a flipside of it when I understood.

Talking to Sumbul is a calming effect on mind and soul and leaves you relaxed and totally away from all those negative thoughts you had before the conversation. It was so friendly that I felt I was talking to one of my good conscience, she made me realize to shift my focus on better things in life and accept the past as is which is really important.

I haven’t reached out to any other therapist before to compare the experience, but I can tell you I won’t be looking further other than Sumbul in my life. Thanks, Sumbul for making my life better. I’m blessed to meet you and have my conversations and making into a better human.

NOTE: the only problem I would say is finding her appointment :-p. she is so good that all her appointments are totally unavailable.
