Hospital staff should be able to tell us the approximate time that would take to call us. Atleast they should inform the number or how many people are before us. Being a multi-speciality hospital, there must a scree for displaying the next patient and at what place we are. But nothing like that happened. We waited for more than 90 mins (from 2 pm to 3:30 pm). Since we didn't have lunch, we got very weak.

I visited OMNI hospital kukatpally, with my uncle as he had a pain in the heart region.
The Doctor was not in time. Instead of him other doctor Mr. XYZ took his place (may be his fellow doctor, we felt he is the actual doctor). After our consultation with Mr.XYZ, the actual doctor came at 11:00am and read the lab reports suggested the medication.
The Doctor explained everything well, but, if he could manage himself in time will be appreciated.
