Dr Swathi is very professional and approachable. I initially had a video consultation regarding my health issues. She listened to my problems very patiently and suggested an endoscopy. She gave me an appointment for the procedure on my preferred date and time. She even informed me beforehand when she had to postpone my appointment by two hours due to an emergency case instead of how many other doctors usually make you wait. Once the endoscopy was done, she gave me the report and a prescription then and there. I totally recommend her.
