I am very happy with the treatment i have taken from NYRA, Dr. Alla Sruthi. I went for fairness of my face which was full of pimples and the scars of those smashed ones, and also blackish skin. I’m taking treatment from her since more than 10months for scaring alopecia and the treatment is really helping me a lot in retaining hair on my bald patches. Unlike other dermatologists who intend to only sell their products, this doctor only focuses on the issues of patients and gives the best medicines without promoting any brands. She is very humble and soft spoken doctor. Listens to patient’s problems with full potency and attention. Would like to recommend her to anyone who has hair loss or any kind of hair or skin related issue. Currently she is on maternity leave, god bless her with a very healthy baby. Looking forward towards meeting her once she is back.

My appointment with Dr. Sruthi went very smoothly. She was very courteous, professional and seemed to enjoy what she does. She took the time to understand my history and really explained what her procedures were. She is caring and understanding.

She was recommended to me by a friend and I would do the same. I have seen many dermatologist over the years and she is one of the best. And I really liked the staff and the clinic.

Visited the doctor multiple times may be around 4-5 visits. The consultation fees is not on par with the treatment solution.

Visited for following issues:-

1) Dandruff

2) Skin Allergy

3) Hairfall

The doctor explained all the possible symptoms, but even in 2/3 visits the actual cause was still not identified. Multiple medicines given to find out all possible solutions to the problems, thus increasing the medicine cost.

Each prescription carried 15-20 days of medicines, so you cannot see whether the medicines worked before this period as you have to visit the doctor within 15 days in the same consultation fees after which you have to pay again.

Additional swiping charges through card, receptionist was not ideal for the job as you have hard time getting proper bills- she can't even write properly.

Took the prescribed medicines for almost 5-6 months, no improvement. Would recommend to go for a better option.

I recommend the doctor for the treatment. You would not like the wait time, though.

Call the clinic before you visit, and consider at least 45 minutes wait time. Go on time anyway, because *you* are not a tardy person. Do not run a cab timer. Unless you want to join my kind of people. (Guess who paid more for the cab than on the consultation.) I'm told that weekends are busy. Also, do not waste someone else's time slot by not showing up after booking. For nicer people, here's the tip : The lift is on the other side; take it to the fifth floor.

The doctor is a nice person, probably overworked and undernourished. I was satisfied with the diagnosis and discussion. After the first day of treatment, results are promising. I have a revisit scheduled in next 10 days.

I purchased my medicines are available at the clinic itself.

Follow up visits/consultation is not separately charged (with in a given time frame, probably 15 days), which is a positive way of retaining. Consequently, I would be going back.

The doctor was very pleasant. Even if you were nervous, her pleasant face and soothing voice will ease you. And one more thing is she will suggest and treat you only for the problem you mentioned and suggest you what is needed only. Unlike kaya or oliva she will never say you have this you have that or your hair is thin etc etc and try to do unnecessary treatments . Doctor with ethics.

You can trust her. Even after seeing her ratings i was a bit skeptical. But i am happy i went to her.

I would suggest her to anyone who is looking for a good dermatologist.

I had dandruff for almost 4 to 5 years. And I ignored it by applying indulekha hair oil or applying shampoo weekly or monthly twice .as it didnt strike to my mind that I have to consult doctor for this problem. In the TV ads I used to see ads and apply D-free , head and shoulders etc. But, my wife suggested to consult doctor.after that searched in practo and found this doctor.

I explained the problem to doctor. And doctor patiently heard the problem and suggesed lotion to apply on scalp. I have seen the results after 20 days and very happy that dandruff is completely gone. Doctor also did Not suggest expensive medicines. My total expenditure was around 1500. And since due to dandruff problem I lost many hairs I visited doctor again and consulted for hair growth. So doctor has given again medicines for it.

i visited on 25th of may. the doctor is very friendly and thorough. i was told to visit again in 2 weeks for a second free consultation if my hairfall does not get reduced by then. i tried to book an appointment for 8th of june but she was unavailable. i tried for 11th as well but she was still unavailable. i finally got an appoitmnet on 12th but on arriving i was told that the time window for free 2nd consultation was till 8th only and i would have to pay another ₹450 if i wanted to consult the doctor again. The receptionist has zero professionalism and blatantly tells patients that it is not his problem that the doctor wasnt available on the date i was asked to come. the doctor is good, and well versed, but her staff is unprofessional and imprudent.

She was friendly and explained the issue briefly.I have started taking the medication she has prescribed. So, after minimum three to four months I will be able to give complete feedback on the effectiveness of the treatment , given I need to follow the instructions given by her diligently.
