I cannot thank Dr. Spandana enough for the care and support she provided during one of the most difficult times in my life. I was struggling with depression and deep-rooted issues around low self-confidence, and I felt completely stuck. From the very first session, Dr. Spandana created a space that felt safe, non-judgmental, and genuinely compassionate.
She listened with empathy, but also offered clear and thoughtful guidance that helped me understand myself in ways I hadn’t before. Her approach was both professional and deeply human — she didn’t just treat symptoms, she helped me address the root causes of what I was going through.
Over time, with her support, I started to feel like myself again. My mood improved, I gained tools to manage negative thoughts, and most importantly, I began to rebuild a healthier relationship with myself. I’ve grown in confidence, clarity, and self-worth — things I wasn’t sure I’d ever feel again.
If you’re struggling and unsure where to turn, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Spandana. She has a rare gift for making you feel seen, understood, and capable of healing.
I had an extrenely underwhelming experience during my first and only session with this therapist. The consultation was booked through Practo for ₹1000, and I had assumed it would be a one-hour session, as is standard in most therapy practices. However, the doctor ended the session at the 30-minute mark, and that’s when I realized the duration was shorter than expected—this detail was not mentioned on the Practo listing.
During the session, while I was opening up about some sensitive personal experiences, a staff member walked into the room unannounced. The doctor paused our conversation to confirm with the staff whether I had paid for the session—which I had. This interruption happened mid-session and felt inappropriate, especially considering the nature of what I was sharing. Such administrative checks could have been handled before or after the appointment, without disrupting the therapeutic process.
What added further discomfort was the therapist’s overall demeanor. She seemed distracted throughout the session *** ******* *** ***** ******** ****** ******** ******** even as I was speaking about emotionally heavy topics. This lack of attentiveness made it hard to feel safe or supported.
She also asked a few generic, surface-level questions, and even when I responded with “no” to some of them, she still proceeded to write things down on the prescription. This gave the impression that she had made conclusions in advance or was working from a template rather than listening actively to what I was actually saying. It felt like she picked up a few phrases from what I shared, quickly generalized my situation, and prescribed me antidepressants—without any real effort to understand my experience through conversation. At least in the first session, it felt like her treatment approach was medication-based, with no therapeutic dialogue or exploration.
I came in hoping for empathy, understanding, and a thoughtful, client-centered approach, but unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and unheard. While I understand that therapeutic styles vary, this session did not provide the attentiveness or professionalism I was expecting when seeking help for my mental health.
It took me a long time and courage to seek therapy and my experience with this therapist was so counterproductive **** * **** ******* **** *** * ******** ****** ** ** ***** *** ***** I would not recommend anyone to consult with her.

I approached Dr. Spandana during a time in my life when I was struggling deeply with ego conflicts and a persistent lack of motivation. I was aware that something needed to change, but I was resistant, defensive, and skeptical of therapy. From our very first session, Dr. Spandana struck a rare balance between empathy and clarity. She neither judged nor coddled — instead, she gently but firmly helped me confront parts of myself I had been avoiding for years.
Her insight into behavioral patterns, emotional defenses, and the subtle dynamics of ego was incredibly sharp. She created a safe space for me to unravel my thoughts and gradually helped me build a more realistic, grounded view of myself and the world around me.
Dr. Spandana doesn’t just give you answers — she guides you to discover them for yourself, which is incredibly empowering, especially when motivation feels absent. Over time, with her support, I began to reconnect with purpose, drop the unhelpful mental armor, and find energy again — not just to function, but to grow.
If you’re someone who’s struggling with inner conflict, pride, or a sense of directionlessness, I can’t recommend Dr. Spandana enough. Her approach is compassionate, honest, and truly transformative.
