A Counseling Psychologist with a special interest in women's mental health, reproductive mental health, and hormone-sensitive mood conditions. She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, and life transitions, while also helping those affected by menstrual cycle-related emotional and psychological challenges.Her work is informed by evidence-based approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has experience co-developing a program for individuals living with Premenstrual Disorders, helping people better understand the connection between hormones, emotions, thoughts, and behavior while building practical coping skills.Alongside her clinical work, she is involved in women's health research and collaborates with the International Association for Premenstrual Disorders (IAPMD) to create patient-friendly mental health resources. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can gain insight, build coping skills, and work toward lasting well-being.
