I had booked appointment with Dr. Shilpa Shrivastava and visited the clinic for ENT concern. I can said that it was very good experience, doctor was very friendly with me and done my check up. After the check up medicine were prescribed to continue. Pristyn Care Clinic staff were well maintained so if any need ENT related concern around me I would like to recommend her.

I have booked appointment for my wife for ENT concern and we have been to Pristyn Care Clinic. Dr. Shilpa Shrivastava was very nice doctor and she had done the check up very well. We did not face any difficulty in our appointment as it was on time. Clinic staff response was very good and we are satisfied with her. I can recommend this doctor if any one required for ENT concern.

I booked the appointment on Thursday for Saturday at 4:30 pm. On thursday i got a confirmation of the appointment and Saturdqy morning also i got the confirmation of the appoimtment from practo and their hospital. I reach the hospital and get to know she is not available. there is no use in wasting your time coming to her because she didn't have the manner to cancel or even talk to me on the phone to apologize. I am not the only patient who has gone through this. this is not the right behavior of a doctor, this is a disgrace to Prystyn and also practo.
