My first meet with Dr. Savitha was very informative and a no rush one. She took her time to explain about right things to pick from the kitchen. Thanks to her there were no fancy fruits and veggies in her recommendations to me. The way she filled the bridge between me and her by asking various questions about my regular lifestyle is commendable. She was very patient and Kind, so I highly recommended her.

When I approached Savitha, my goal was to holistically change my diet, what I eat and consume on day to day basis. She helped me enrol in the plan for her patients where she sends bespoke diets to her patients every 3-4 days as per their eating habit. I didn't loose a lot of weight because I am a picky eater myself but I did learn a lot about right eating habits.

I have found Ms Savitha's diet plan extremely comfortable and doesn't require fancy food shopping list ,lost approx 5 kgs in a span of 2.5 to 3 months . Makes sure to know our food habits, medical history ,sleep cycle , workout plan and crafts diet plan with proper quantity ( calorie intake)along with highest quality nutritional supplement from our kitchen with workout schedule ( calories burnt) .
