Elbow dislocation.

I have had an elbow surgery 4 months ago. But I haven't achieved full range of movement yet. I'm really worried. When I ask my doctor he says it is a slow process and it will take around more than 6 months. He also asked me to stop physiotherapy sessions. He says physio will make my hand stiff and I should exercise the hand on my own by doing normal day to day activities. I have attached my post surgery X Ray. Please guide me. I am very much worried.

Knee pain

Dear Doc, for past 2 years I have knee problem, last year I consulted doc, he prescribed a pain killer and asked me to do some exercises, I was not satisfied and used for 3 days and I stopped taking pain killer. I still feel abnormal, can't able to stand for more time. So day before yesterday I have consulted an ortho Doctor and he said at the age of 26 you should not have such knee pains and I got blood test done , RA factor and Vitamin d3 showed abnormal values. I have started medication 3days ago as per my ortho. What step shall I take next. Only medicines and exercise or shall I get some any other bone scans or any other tests to be done ? Kindly suggest
