She advised an X-ray scanogram, which we completed at the hospital. Staff promised the report by 4:00–5:00 PM that same day. Despite multiple calls, no report was provided, with staff claiming the radiologist had left for the day.
* Wednesday: We made continuous follow-up calls from morning to evening to their contact number ************* We finally received the scanogram report only around 9:00 PM—over 30 hours late.
* Thursday: After receiving the report, I called the landline to verify Dr. Santoshini’s availability. They confirmed she was available and told me to come. Despite notifying them that it would take 30 minutes to arrive, upon reaching the hospital, I was told the doctor had gone into surgery and was asked to come back Saturday.
* Friday: Desperate to get my son treated, I called again. Staff confirmed the doctor was attending OP. I clearly informed them that I had traveled back and forth yesterday, was on my way, and would arrive in 30 minutes. Yet, when I reached, the doctor had once again left for surgery ******* ****** ***
