The quick appointment that I got in the emergency time was just one of the best things about him. Though he had a personal event to attend, he waited for us to visit his clinic. I highly recommend him because of his accurate analysis and the smooth procedures that he executed. His confidence is something that we hardly get to see these days. I must say that coupled with his caring nature helped heal the patient. His staff were also very friendly and cooperative.

I have no complaints on treatment side. The way he analyzed and explained the issue was brilliant. But I have complaints on finance perspective, he is charging default money for debit/credit card usages which is way higher than it used to be. Generally banks charge 2-2.5% for credit card transactions but he is charging Rs.100 extra for the transactions between Rs.1-5000 and so on which is not at all fair. They are following strict covid rules with PPE kits and all but again charging everything from patient and also increased treatment costs which is double burden to the patients. Atleast make debit/credit transactions free so that patients have the feasibility to choose.

Wen my son(10 yrs) faced a trauma situation, we were in a dilemma state - to choose a right path of visiting dental clinic... As per the opinion of my cousin we approached doctor Santosh kumar ji, he was more supportiative n could diagnose each n every step of procedure manner and mostly I could say his friendly body language to eradicate the fear of children n moral support given by him was intellectual adds up his patience, lively to say he was the best ever i came across...
