I have visited this clinic multiple times, and all the doctors (including Dr. Sai Kiran) are very friendly and helpful, but the clinic processes and management cause a lot of inconvenience.

1. There is no appointment system, so even if you book a slot through practo, you'd still have to wait (and this information is not provided before hand)

2. Even after taking a walk-in appointment, there is no proper system of queing patients to doctors in the correct order. As a patient, you need to be a bit more proactive and less generous, otherwise you'll probably end up waiting for a lot more time than required.

But again, I was really satisfied with the doctors there, so that's why I'd still recommend this place and specifically Dr. Sai Kiran.

Dr. Sai Kiran listens to the patient's grievances very carefully. I had a pain in my chest around my heart I consulted him at Neo Asian and half of problem disappeared just after meeting him.He told me that I had anxiety issue and gave some medicine, post to that everything was fine.We need more doctors like him
