Ms. Sadaf Rais

Ms. Sadaf Rais is an RCI licensed clinical psychologist with a dedication to serving those with mental health issues and eliminating the stigma around the issue. She approach to treatment has a more holistic and eclectic touch, while primarily applying cognitive behavioural interventions. The clinical areas of her interest include obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorder and clinical trauma. As an individual, she dearly holds this idea that all of us no matter what we do and where we belong, are human beings first. Hence, being kind and considerate before anything else is the principle she believes in. She describes herself as an observant, determined, and ambitious person with an inclination towards writing a bit, a love for travelling and collecting quotes.
