My father name is c janardhan reddy suffering from brain stroke....doctor sab done surgery and still treatment is going on....way of explanation is perfect ...doctor sab has a lot of patience to hear the problem of patient..one ward about doctor sab is friendly doctor...he rectifies the problem of patient condition with in short time of period and starts the treatment without any delay...once again thanks to doctor sab....hope my father get will soon...

First visit was excellent - explanation was detailed. Infact I will not judge his expertise as a surgeon as I'm not capable enough. However as a patient party the overall experience was pathetic considering we met and admitted him in Medicover. 4-5 hours of waiting in the initial 3 days in OP with an old diabetic senior citizen patient while the whole team was busy serving international patients mostly with not so transparent process. He advised admission on 31st Oct with a plan for surgery on 1st Nov. However 31st Oct, 1st Nov the patient was left in NBM status(on saline). 1st Nov the 2:30pm the team informed surgery will be deferred to next day- unplanned decision? 2nd Nov morning patient was taken to OT @7am and they realized the OT was not prepared according to needs which will take another 3 hours - again on NBM. Till this time the main doctor never cared to meet personally unless post surgery. On discharge date also we never met the doctor - it was from his team always. After discharge there was continuous CSF leakage (confirmed from another doctor) which was not taken seriously enough with the advise only for continuous dressing. A little late to action on CSF leak would have caused more harm than ever I beleive. Patient is still struggling to stand up independently after 23 days of surgery. I just shared the facts - leave the judgement on the audience.

Medicover hospital does not admit the patients registered through Practo. Very rude staff and no respect.

Since I have only made the first visit.. I have to meet him more... but I have never seen such a successful person with such humbleness...He gives u full time to explain ur illness.. 😊

Waited for over an hour for the doctor appointment and then was asked to wait for 90 more mins to meet the doctor.

Doctor was not so friendly and haven't even heard our problem completely. I don't recommend him at all.
