I booked the appointment for my grand mother for fever,cough,urine infection and saliva problem.Initially we thought it was covid and were really scared as where to go from our village and somehow i got the appointment of this doctor and she suggested minimal blood and urine tests and identified it as urine infection.Doctor talks with the patient and tries to understand the exact problem.She might suggest minimal tests to identify the problem and prescribe few medications which would rectify it. i would suggest anyone to visit her because of her vast experience, way of treatment and her friendliness

She treated both my Mother-in-law and father-in-law.Initially we consulted Doctor through online ,for my mother-in-law got infected with fever ,bodypain and cold.We stay in kavali and during lockdown we hardly found hospital open.Then my wife suggested me practo app.We searched for the doctor and found Dr Mahalakshmi.Her service and experience really impressed us.But question is how the doctor can treat virtually.Beleave me,she is simply awesome.Just by treating virtually ,she made my mother-in-law healthy.Then with this confidence ,we consulted her for my father-in-law.He is covid positive and diabetic.She, again like godess treated him very well.Now he become normal.Her friendliness,Liserning ,observation,careing to patient were very good.She used to respond to messages that I used to ask her at 12 AM at night in whatsapp.I am giving this review with my personal experience.Thought this will help others
