Dr. Rajalingam Vairagyam

Went with vision problems, Doctor Was friendly explained well about the problem, there were three steps of evolution before seeing the Dr.Rajalingam.wating time is moderate.

He has great regards to his friends. He used scientific expertise. The ambiance is nice, restrooms are well maintained

*** * **** *** ********** ** ****** *** ******* ***** I was made to wait for 2.5 hours, even though there was no proper communication from the staff. *** ****** ***** ******* ** ** ********* ******** *** **** **** *** ******** ******** **** ** **** ** *** ******* *** ******* ******* *** *** ******** ** ******** ** *** ***** *****.

After two rounds of eye check-ups, the doctor suddenly told us to go for a retina test, *** *** *** ******* ******* *** *** **** *** ****** ** **** ******* ** *** **** They charged ₹500 for consultation and ₹2000 for the retina test, *** ***** *** *** ******* ****** ********.

When we finally showed the report, the doctor barely explained anything and ****** said, “Go to Ramana, we don’t do LASIK.” He didn’t even ****** ** mention that earlier or guide us properly. *** ***** ********** ******************** *** **** ********************* * *** * **** ************* *** ********* *********** *** I would not recommend this centre to anyone looking for proper care, respect, or clarity in treatment.

Dr. Rajalingam Vairagyam is great, no complains there. Service is unacceptable. Let me explain in detail, I called clinic and they told me it will take one hour for the whole consultation. We went there at 5:15PM and got entered into the system at 5:23 PM. After that we waited until 6:30PM, at that point I approached staff and looked at my file, to my surprise my time was overwritten as 5:43PM why? I asked staff about it and I did not get an answer.

Finally around 6:45PM a lady Doctor sees us( Sorry don’t know your name madam), She checks our son, after check up she starts giving lecture to us that we were rude to the staff and that in USA it will take more time to an appointment and wait time. I was taken a back, because there were so many patients waiting outside, I didn’t want to argue with her. In return I said sorry to her and proceeded to be seen by actual doctor upstairs ( Dr Rajalingam). Any how we came out around 7:30 phew!

Let me tell you Madam( again sorry don’t know your name) about US system if you are unaware of it, if we get an appointment there, there is no way they will makes us wait 2 hours to be seen by a doctor. Even if there is 20 min delay they personally apologize for the delay and ask us to wait. Second your tone was very very rude when u were talking to me, I was never rude to your staff, simply asked a question why time was changed. I don’t mind waiting for 24 hours as long as your staff maintains the integrity of the process. Before teaching me how to have patience teach your staff to follow the process and not misguide patients by overwriting time in order to give preference to their near and dear ones.

One piece of final advice, people go to doctor to feel better and come out happy and not get worried, you said that distortion in my son eye will stay forever( I actually suppressed my anger at that point). I was totally disappointed with my visit with Dr. Rajalingam. Our family have descent impression with this clinic and specifically with Dr. Rajalingam. After five years I came back from US and specially visited this clinic and wanted to take few suggestions from the doctor. But totally I totally lost respect towards him. The service everything was good. Hope my review will not be removed and I wish this will help other customers to be aware of Dr. Rajalingam behaviour and attitude towards customers. And I strongly believe this input will be considered for improving the respective persons behaviour.

Doctor was good and fast. No need to take prior appointment as the visit to doctor is 'one first in first serve' basis.

Frist I tel u very thankful to Dr Rajalingam. Your facilities and services is very fast and super. Now my mother can see everything and clearly . U gave new life to my mom thank you so much and your service is so good staff also taking care of everything nice maintaining neat and clean hospital. Thank you sir so much god bless you.
